TYG
One item is 1 meter unless 0,5m choise is awailable. If you order several pieces you get it in one whole piece.
PRISER
Priserna är i svenska kronor, sek. För att se priset i annan valuta, klicka på valutaknappen uppe i vänstra hörnet eller google; “100sek to usd”, till exempel.
SHIPPING
Frakten beräknas efter vikt och du kan se hur mycket det blir i kassan.
EXPRESS FRAKT finns mot en extra kostnad, vanligtvis cirka 150-200kr / 16-22usd / 18euro.

Leveransräknaren fungerar tyvär bara upp till 8 kg, så kontakta oss för fraktpris för stora beställningar.

If you want to order items for a value under 135gbp, you can order from our Etsy page as they manage the import taxes. We have a smalle range on Etsy so feel free to ask us to add the item you would like to order if its missing there. We also offer digital sewing patterns.
RETURS AND ORDER CHANGES
If your item is damaged or you would like to change item, please contact us within 14 days.
Notera att du vid retur får stå för returfrakten och även frakt för den nya beställningen.
Vi gör inga återköp på frakt eftersom frakten redan har betalats.
-The item has to be undamaged and unused.
-The item has to be shipped to us within 14 days of recieving.
-No refund for fabrics and ribbons under 2m, custom items and digital sewing patterns.
-No refund on shipping.
SEARCH PARCELS / LOST PARCELS
When your order is ready you will recieve and automatic email with your tracking number. Please check spam folder if not.
If a parcel is lost, please contact us emediately. If the transporter has lost the parcel we will report it and prepare you a new parcel. The transporter reserve the right to search for 23 days.
100% SAFE ORDERING
When ordering with us your information will be safe. You can choose to pay with paypal, strip or klarna who will handle your payment details.
INTEGRITY POLICY
When you order we have to collect som data to proceed with your order. We do not sell or distribute your information to third party for any purpuse.
We can use your information for:
– Skicka formulär med frågor om kvaliteten på våra produkter och tjänster,
– Skicka reklam-e-postmeddelanden om nya produkter, rabatter, specialerbjudanden etc.

Runfridr costumes is a part of HFS. We sell Runfridr sewing patterns that are for private use only.
